1. What services does Flight Process Servers provide?

Flight Process Servers is primarily a process serving company. Although we do offer additional services such as document filing, delivery, recording of documents, all within the Los Angeles and Orange County court systems.

2. What is Process Serving?

Process serving consists of presenting documents of a lawsuit to a defendant who has been named in that lawsuit. The initial documents pertaining to a lawsuit are not the only documents that might be served on an individual or business, however. Other documents that might need to be served would be subpoenas, wage assignments, an attorney correspondence, a notice, etc.

3. How long does it take to serve an individual?

Our Certified Process Servers have most services usually completed within a 72-hour period for standard serves. There is small fee for having documents "rush" served, which is within 24 hours. You can also rest assured that we will contact you with Daily Status Updates on your case via email and phone.

4. How much does it cost?

Flight Process Servers bases all charges for each service on our affordable flat rate of $65.00 per serve or filing, which includes six attempts at the same location. We would be more than happy to offer volume discounted rates as well. 5. How many attempts will you make to serve an individual?

Flight Process Servers, Certified & Bonded Process Servers are instructed to make up to six attempts at the same location to serve documents.
